ARTIST'S BIO

Riva Weinstein is an artist who lives and works in the Los Angeles Downtown Artists' District. Her work embodies themes of nature, ritual and everyday sacredness.

Riva works with dryer lint, found and recycled materials and silver. She divides her time between work as an assemblage artist; designer for Riva-isms, her line of jewelry and talismans; and work as a creative consultant for arts organizations.

Her work has been exhibited throughout Los Angeles, and is sold at fine art and craft galleries in the United States and Israel.

Riva loves doing laundry, but hates folding clothes.
